HERE WE GO AGAIN.

The first Inner Mountain immersion was magnetic AF.

And honestly… I don't really have words to describe it, but 7 people came down to the Surf Coast and, for two days, we stepped away from the noise, the stimulation, the constant doing, and we just allowed time and space to simply be.

We sat around the fire, we breathed a little deeper, laughed, played, had those intuitive conversations, spent time in silence, connected around the dinner table, shared the vibes, and anchored back into what it's like to be human and connect back to a more beautiful world our hearts knew was possible. And I got to facilitate the whole experience, which was something I genuinely loved and had been dreaming about for ages. Watching seven individuals arrive carrying whatever life had been asking of them… and then watching them slowly settle, soften, and reconnect over those two days was a beautiful reminder of why I created Inner Mountain in the first place.

It was a gentle reminder of why we don't always “need” to add/do more.

Sometimes we need the practice of non-doing.

To create enough space that we can actually hear ourselves again.

And so…

Inner Mountain is coming back.

Version 2.0.

Same part of the world.

A new season.

A new energy.

A slightly different experience.

The Surf Coast feels different with the seasons shifting, and I want this next immersion to reflect that. There’ll be familiar elements from the first immersion, but we’re also bringing in some new experiences, new practices, and a new energy for this round. Inner Mountain was never designed as a rigid retreat where you follow a schedule from morning until night.

Inner Mountain is an invitation to slow down. To spend a couple of days with people who are also willing to look inward. To sit around and have those portal-shifting conversations. To move, breathe, reflect, connect, and allow time/space for whatever needs to arise by itself.

And perhaps most importantly…

To remember what it feels like to simply be.

There is so much happening around us all the time. And somewhere amongst all of that, it can become surprisingly easy to get lost and for things in the mind to get loud. There is a part of you that knows of a more beautiful world your heart knows is possible. But we can easily get lost in the noise of life and forget to listen to what our heart truly desires.

Sometimes you need to get quiet enough to listen to it. That’s what Inner Mountain is really about. Not becoming someone new. Not fixing yourself. Not adding more to your life. But creating enough space to remember what was already there.

And if the first immersion was anything to go by, I have a feeling this next one is going to be pretty special.

So, my friend…

Inner Mountain 2.0 is open.

Same vibes

New season.

New energy.

And I’d love to have you there.

Big love, peace.
