For years, I disrespected my body and mind. I went through cycles of trying to fix things on the surface—chasing quick solutions, following all the protocols, and still feeling like something was missing. It wasn’t until I started doing the deeper work that I truly began to understand health in a way that changed everything.
That journey led me to where I am today, with over a decade of studying nutrition, functional medicine, strength and conditioning, and rehab. I’ve worked with countless individuals, helping them move beyond the outdated, one-size-fits-all approach to health and instead understand how their body, mind, and environment all work together.
Now, my work is focused on helping people take full ownership of their health. This means going beyond just movement and nutrition, looking at what’s happening beneath the surface—bloodwork, gut health, hydration, stress, nervous system regulation, and the environments we exist in. Everything is connected, and real change happens when you stop looking for quick fixes and start shifting the way you think about health altogether.
I lead programs, breathwork sessions, contrast therapy, and one-on-one coaching at Saint Haven, a private wellness club in Melbourne, where I guide people through a more complete approach to health. I also co-host the Real Health Talk Podcast, where we break down complex health topics and make them simple, actionable, and real—covering everything from nutrition and movement to mindset, nature, and the belief systems that shape the way we live.
The way we’ve been taught to see health is incomplete. It’s not just about training harder or eating better—it’s about rewriting the way we think, feel, and live. My mission is to help people break out of the limitations they’ve placed on themselves and step into the strongest, happiest version of who they truly are.
We are dedicated to empower individuals to reconnect with themselves, nature, and the fundamental principles of health. We guide our clients on a journey toward their best physical and mental state through personalised coaching, education, and holistic practices. True health is more than just diet and exercise—it’s about nourishing the body, mind, and spirit through connection to self, organic nutrition, sunlight, and movement.
