Before starting with Zakky I was struggling to balance a busy work and training lifestyle I was always feeling tired and fatigued and would burn myself out too often, overly stressed when I didn’t need to be and also selling my self short in the gym and not getting my full potential of myself.
Working with you was like speaking to a brother or someone in your family I didn’t have to hold back on anything and man to man you understood some of the things I was going through and feeling, whenever I had questions that needed to be answered anytime of the day you were there to help mate.
Life has actually changed drastically, for starters my energy levels and just how I feel is almost unstoppable, mentally physically emotionally stronger, relationships are stronger and healthy. Eating well and giving the right fuel for my body was something I thought I always did and knew the right way but really i was still missing important things that my body specifically needed, learning the knowledge from you now has changed so many things for me. Feel on top of the world brother and all thanks to a few small changes.
My journey with The LMP has been one of both education and self discovery. As I get older the needs of my body have increased and I require more attention to detail to maintain a healthy body and mind.
Zak has been an instrumental part in supporting me as I’ve developed new nutritional habits and movements to keep my body at its best. Zak from The Lifestyle Movement Project has been a massive help with me taking my health more seriously. I've been gradually getting more and more invested but it wasn't until working with Zak I took the steps and got serious.
